As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim.  Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat.  That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

The following are LIES PUBLISHED by Jacob Vigil about (John/Jonah Kirszenberg and his family, JonahTheScientist, FlatEarthLunacy, and the CAS).

Mr. Vigil presents the lies below as if its public knowledge and a statement of actual fact, rather than personal opinion where one person says the other person lied, and the other person says no, you are the liar.  This is deliberate misinformation and slander.

Portage County Ohio Common Plea Court (Case 2022CV00032) trial against Jacob Vigil took place and completed on August 31, 2022.

Evidence was presented against Jacob Vigil (aka Tim Ozman, Infinite Plane Society & Media & Radio) to Judge HAWKS, CHAD Location: COURTROOM #2 supporting MY counter suit charges: Trademark Infringement, False Designation of Origin, Copyright Infringement, Trade Libel and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.

Civil Bench trial - Jacob Vigil failed to appear in court and stand before Judge HAWKS as REQUIRED BY LAW.  Jacob Vigil is a "NO SHOW." The Court is not able to locate him.

December 5, 2022 - Judge CHAD HAWKS confirmed that trial verdict will be rendered this coming (January).

We offered Jacob Vigil (aka Tim Ozman) the opportunity to deescalate and stop all of these articles - but so far he has refused.

Mr. Vigil,

Today I randomly checked five of the cited articles and they are still on-line (not deleted by Nov 19th midnight as requested). So now I conclude that you have not accepted my proposed article truce. But perhaps in the future?

We can disengage once you fulfill the following two action items:

1. If current Portage County lawsuit 2022CV00032 imposes a monetary $$ judgement against you, make out a bank certified check for the full amount payable to John Kirszenberg, and send it to my attorney at Renner Kenner, within 30-days of the suit's verdict.

2. This is not about me being doxed. It never was.  It’s about your applied coercion, XXX electronic transmitted photos/text/emails  and other vulgarities targeting my innocent daughter, ex-wife, and deceased father.

You need to publish a sincere apology on your internet site. Announce that you should not have targeted my daughter and the others, all who have nothing to do with my Flat Earth work or site (FlatEarthLunacy.com).

Promising never to do that again. That will fulfill this item.

You should never have accosted my family.  
You have only yourself to blame for what has occurred over the past few years.
