As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim.  Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat.  That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

Ozman lies once again to himself and his fans.  Here also is the court order requiring him to appear on August 31st in Ohio, for trial with Judge Chad Hawks.

Jacob Vigil (aka Tim Ozman) says, "I'm not named in that stupid lawsuit that you continually address."

That's not what the court says in the document below. 
 
On August 31, 2022, Jacob Vigil is to appear in Portage County Ohio Common Plea court (case 2022CV00032), to stand trial against counter suit charges: Trademark Infringement, False Designation of Origin, Copyright Infringement, Trade Libel and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.

Mr. Ozman, as Jack Reacher said, "REMEMBER YOU WANTED THIS."

You filed against JonahTheScientist in Ohio court, docket # 2021CVE01046R.  YOU LOST that suit ON ALL COUNTS. 

As a result of that suit, JonahTheScientist filed a "counter-suit," docket # 2022CV00032, against you. 
And that is what's in process for August 31st.

So if you never filed against JonahTheScientist in the first place, there would be no counter-suit for you to face now.
   
You brought this all onto yourself.

Mr. Ozman, only a year ago you were boasting and proud of litigation you initiated.  Your badges of honor.  What happened?
 
Now why are you making up lies about "2022CV00032" and telling your audience it's a "stupid lawsuit."  Why are you running?

In the end truth always prevails.  Those that lie will face justice.
