Why not perspective?
Dear readers,
Listed below are several correct explanations about perspective. Flat Earthers have the wrong understanding when applied to the physical world.

Perspective Kills Flat Earth, by AI K
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6kdf4DxcO8
Flerfers like to repeat a lot of old outdated nonsense. The horizon rising to eye level is one of those nonsense claims - and of course this fairy tale phenomenon is blamed on the ever mystical perspective that flerfs love but don't comprehend.
So I decided to see what happens when you use FE dogma against FE dogma. HINT: A spoiler alert would be as redundant as a jimmy hat in Mark Sargent's wallet. Enjoy!

The problem with the perspective argument, is that when you zoom-in the objects are no longer visible, as they have dipped completely below the horizon.

You’re not considering rotation.
Here is a set of suns. They’re pretty much in line but there is no real slope to them.
-
But if I lift it up to the camera and then rotate it around you can no see that the one at the back looks much farther down than the one at the front.
-
Now from my view this one looks much higher up. Do you get it now?

These rows are all parallel to each other, yet when viewed at a distance they seem to converge.

Sunsets and flat Earth perspective, by Rebecca Porter
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozNHs8puAeg
The Gleason flat Earth Map & the principle of Perspective, both fail at this point. Rob Skiba advanced the conspiracy that a local sun only 3,000 miles up, and shifting yearly between the tropic of Cancer (first day of northern hemisphere summer) and the Tropic Capricorn (first day of northern hemisphere winter) could explain the flat Earth seasons.
But unfortunately, that has failed in every respect. The numbers and angle of sunrise and sunset predicted by the Gleason map at locations is false - as proved by real observation over and over again.
The Gleason flat Earth Map also fails the equinox test. Everywhere on the Earth* on those two days (12-hours of sunlight AND 12-hours of night time) the sun rises exactly 90-degress due east and sets exactly 270-degress due west. On a globe Earth YES, on the Gleason flat earth map NO.
March or Vernal Equinox (March 20, 2019)
September or autumnal Equinox (September 23, 2019)
(*) No matter where you are on Earth (except for the North and South Poles), you have a due east and due west point on your horizon.
Shown below, two different sunsets on the flat Earth map. Notice that the flat Earth Summer Solstice sunset position is considerable farther away from Durban than the flat Earth Winter Solstice sunset position.

Yet again, measurements of our natural reality reveal an obvious truth - the Eart is not flat. Several flat earth myths busted in this one video.
Check out the answer - Perspective is the imaginary curve.

Flat Earthers say an orthographic view doesn't show perspective. This simple demonstration shows they are wrong. Again. Still. Always.

Polaris on a Flat Earth
We are told by flat earthers that the angles to Polaris work because of flerspective. We are also told the Sun sets due to flerspective. Measurement of observable reality show these statements to be bollocks.
