"I have a rare opportunity to get a legal, peer reviewed, pro flat earth, dissertation into the education system at the highest of levels and although it wont be blatant "The earth is flat", it will be critically challenging the National Curriculum with regards to how reliable and credible the tuition the children of today are actually being taught, is.
I currently have an undergraduate degree in Law, with honours, and it is a Qualifying Law Degree. I furthered my study with a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. I want to write a Masters Degree level paper and submit it for the dreaded "peer review" by my legal peers. My tutor is a practising barrister and not just any old teacher. This is the big league.
I want to get this FE paper back "out the other side" so it will then count as a genuinely peer reviewed paper that can be published in the future as a book in its own right. It will gain lots of interest from academia if it does not fail for being "anti-establishment" in some way.
FE is criticised for having no science. With an academic and legal approach concerning the evidence we are shown for the shape of our world, I will challenge the evidence and question the legal position of everybody in education, from the Secretary of State for Education, down to the Board of Governors in Higher Education, down to the teachers at grass roots level. Obviously, the role of most teachers will not be capable to be shown to be fraudulent, they are all teaching what they were taught. The focus is not on the individual teacher, the focus will be on the system that allows possibly unsubstantiated teachings. Consideration will also be given to how the (role of) media supports the educational narrative.
The risk is that the work will be rejected for being anti-establishment and could even satisfy a loose interpretation of "terrorist" by nature. For this reason, the work can not be too overt. It must be balanced with arguments both ways and the points of law being pointed out throughout.
This could hit the mainstream news and create issues for me legally so it will be executed with careful consideration of the phraseology will be considered throughout. It wont be too overt. However, it will be critical and I think that risk management is the key to getting this through the other side.
The funds are around £2,000 for the year of study I need to undertake. It will be completed by summer of 2019. As part of the GoFundMe, I will gift a soft copy to every person that donates £25 or more but the soft copy will only come AFTER the examination board has sat and granted the award. If the submission is rejected, a soft copy will still be provided.
I need 84 people donating just £25 each to hit the target. I have about 3 weeks to raise the funds. I will also release the submission in a more generic format after the award is (hopefully) given by way of a non-legal format, easy to read version. There will be pictures in both versions, it wont be text heavy. It will be written in a way that every flat earther will be able to understand and a minimal amount of legalese to make it readable by all.. but I will have to balance that with enough of the law to get it passed.
Please help me buy just helping me pay for the course. Anything beyond will help towards the other costs but the absolute minimum I need is around £2,000 just for the fees to be on the course."

The Moon moves in a stable orbit around the Earth, because of the Moon’s velocity (speed & direction) and the attraction force of gravity. Without the influence of gravity the Moon would not orbit the Earth. So please explain why the Moon circles the Earth every 27.3 days. OK?

If you claim that the Moon is not real, or is a projection in the sky, well than that is an entirely different issue – which you need to prove on its own. Best way is for you yourself to measure the distance to the Moon. That alone is acceptable evidence. Using simple trigonometry parallax: To find the distance of the Moon from the Earth, you and a friend stand 1,000 km apart and each take a picture of the Moon at exactly the same time. Then, compare your images. The Moon will be in a different spot, but the background stars will be in the same place. What your images have given you is a triangle. You know the base (the distance between you and your friend), and you can find the angle at the top (the point of the Moon in this triangle). Simple geometry will give you a value for the distance of the Moon.

Conclusions from the perspective of law
It is clear that there are numerous opposing arguements against the Copernican model. One collage of proofs against the Copernican model argues “200 proofs the Earth Is Not a Spinning Ball”20 and even if 199 of them are false, it only takes 1 to be right and we dont live in a Copernican model afterall.
If you were to actually watch all 200 proofs against the idea that we are spinning (at all), orbiting anything, spherical in shape and gravitationally attracted to the centre of mass as we are told, you will come out doubting everything you were taught unless you are so indoctrinated by Copernicism that you just dismiss it ignorantly. If a Judge were to be presented 200 proofs that the earth was not actually a spinning ball, The Judge would have to consider the merits of all 200 proofs and come to a conslusion. Aside from being time consuming, it is difficult to dismiss so many without good reason to do so.
As said previously, the point of this paper is not to actually question the shape of the earth and if it orbits the sun or not. The point is to point out that the National Curriculum does not alert children that the solar system, as taught currently, does seem to be indoctrinating children with partisan politics without any balanced opposing views to the contrary being even discussed. There isnt even the disclaimer statement that Dimmock deemed necessary to the solar system. Children, for the past thirty, years have all been taught a Copernican model that is demonstrably questionable (by the evidences of just this paper) and the law requires this one sided indoctrination to be prohibited if indeed it finds it to be promoted and partisan. There is no mention of any opposing views. Whether we live in a Copernican model, or a geocentric Aristotolian model, created by a greater intelligence or living in some kind of electric universe, these are the opposing views that need to be presented to children so they are not indoctrinated by education and to ensure that the law is complied with. Changes are needed to ensure that the provisions of the Education Act are complied with.
Back at paragraph 2 of this article, it was stated that we would return to the Duty of the Secretary of State in terms of the missing accoutability. This is that time.
It has been shown how s.406 and s.407 catch Headmasters, Boards of Govenors and Local Authorities but let us now reconsider the duty of the Secretary of State for Education.
The Rt Hon Gavin Williamson is the current Secretary of State. His main duty is found in s.10. As discussed earlier, Section 10 is a very general “promote the education of the people”. S.11 is basically the same. It appears that to be alerted to the issues against the current teachings of the Copernican model in the National Curriculum and to do nothing about changing it, this could easily breach the s.10 duty to promote “education” because the word “indoctrination” could be argued to be the antithesis. If Gavin Williamson MP was found to be actually allowing the promotion and indoctrination of education, this would surely cost the tax payer unnecessary legal costs. Failing to inform children of opposing views and allowing proper discussions to take place is a very simple alteration to the National Curriculum that would remove any risk under the provisions of s.406 and s.407.
Kenneth Baker introduced this National Curriculum and credit is given. His intentions at the time were clearly stated, to nationalise standards of education so children all received the same key points in life. However, this issue of the one sided Copernican indoctrination cannot surely be what was intended by Lord Baker back in 1988. A one sided presentation of Copernican views is only acceptable if there are no opposing views. However, there are opposing views and by virtue of that fact, the law dictates that the pupils are presented a balanced presentation for the opposing views. At the moment, this simply does not happen. The sun is 93,000,000 miles away and if you do not memorise that value, you will fail your exam if you do not recite it on demand.
In law, it is respectfully submitted that all four named parties (Secretary of State for Education, Local Authorities, Boards of Governers and Head Teachers) all over the country are breaching s.406 by failing to forbid the promotion of partisan political views because there are no opposing views or subsequent discussion, following the decision of the Judge in Dimmock.
Whether the sun is 93,000,000 miles away or not is not the issue. The issue is whether or not the way the Coperican model is taught within the National Curriculum could be deemed as promoting political indoctrination and, if so, has this issue been alerted to the right people and did those people make changes to allow for opposing views to be presented to children? If not, the law is being broken but the bigger issue is, there has been thirty years since the National Curriculum has been introduced and that is a whole generation that has missed out on the reality of our world perhaps not being Copernican after all.
This could be argued to have zero real value but also can also trigger people into the realisation that they have missed out on something that they should have been told years ago and had they actually been told, they would have had the ability to try and work out the nature of our world for themself with systematic experimentation, as per the definition of science (found above). Perhaps more interest on science would have resulted if the perception is that there might be more to our world and we could find out new and amazing discoveries. By teaching a one sided and dogmatic doctrine, thirty years of education may been compromised and people might not have been told the truth. Again, it may be the case that the sun really is 93,000,000 miles away but rather than being indoctrinated with that figure, the legally compliant way that the law demands education to behave is to allow the presentation of opposing views if some issues that are opposing the official narrative are presented to students. For the last thirty years this has not happened and it should not be the case that another 30 years passes.
For the benefit of science, education, the National Curriculum generally, for teachers teaching it, Headmasters responsible for ensuring that s.406/7 is complied with, Boards of Govenors everywhere and each Local Authorities up and down the country and of course the Secretary of State personally, this article should be considered to be raising the flag against the taught “fact" of the Copernican doctrine in school to now inform others that the Copernican model simply is not accepted as truth and, ipso facto, this then means that all parties must ensure that s.407 and the duty to offer a balanced presentation of opposing views is triggered and complied with.
The curriculum should encourage and allow for opportunities for learning away from educational contraints rather than promote a one sided position that does have legitimate oppsing views and evidences. The reason for s.407 is to allow that child to come to their own decision about what evidences they accept.
Is this better than just being indoctrinated by a one sided, biased, pseudo science passed off as real science, story based on a character (Copernicus) that cannot even be verified to even exist? Remember, his views were based on another character (Eratsthenes) that it is doubtful if he even existed either.
Ultimately, the question for a court to decide is whether or not the teachings of the Copernican model are actually indoctrination following the decision of Dimmock and for the reasons outlined above in this article, it is almost certain that the National Curriculum teaching of the Copernican model is one sided and promoted indoctrination and the only way this would be lawful is to allow the presentation of opposing views to the contrary and genuinely challenging the views of the Copernican model. This would trigger significant nationwide academic discussion and reignite interest in real science amongst scholars and practitioners of science.
