As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim. Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat. That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

You need to learn the difference between Sidereal and Apparent Solar Time.

Your statement - "Day and night do not shift, when the earth switches side (6-months in orbit around the Sun)" is 100% FALSE

My analysis:
Because of the Earths orbit around the sun (Heliocentric) noon on the Earth occurs 12-hours later in 6-months as viewed by an observer on the Sun. So after half a year, the time that we on the Earth celebrate noon, was midnight before.

Detailed explanation...
Earth orbits the sun once every 366.26 sidereal days
Earth orbits the sun once every 365.26 solar days
The difference is ONE FULL DAY. After 6-months the difference is 12-hours. That's why

Because Earth, rotating at a rate of 15° per hour, takes about 3.9 minutes to rotate through this angle, the solar day is 3.9 minutes longer than the sidereal day (that is, one sidereal day is roughly 23h56m long).

1 Sidereal day = as observed looking at the solar system, 360 degree Earth rotation is called a sidereal day

1 Apparent Solar day = as observed on the Earth, noon to noon rotation is called a solar day.

Because of the Earths orbit around the sun it take an extra 3.9 minutes of Earth rotation every day to get back to the same Sun-Earth orientation. The Earth has to rotate an extra 0.9896 degrees.

1 solar day = 360.9856 degree Earth rotation
