As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim.  Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat.  That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

$10,000 flat Earth challenge - offered by colleague Luke Matheson on March 20, 2017

 
Dear Readers,

Not one flat Earther accepted the challenge as offered below.

We sent a personal invitation to the following YouTube channels to participate in the challenge.  They ALL deleted the invitation from their comment section and chose not to participate.  

So what does this say about these flat Earthers?  They pump out video after video claiming the Earth is flat, yet none of them has any real positive proof.

The following YouTube channels did not accept the $10,000 prove flat Earth challenge and hid the invitation from their subscribers by deleting it from view:

Until May 1, 2017 we are offering $10,000 to anyone who will provide positive proof that the Earth is flat.

Proof or arguments that the Earth is not a globe do not qualify.
Offering evidence that the Earth is not a ball does not prove the Earth is flat. It only proves the Earth is not a ball.
Nature allows for infinite variety, and therefore there are not just TWO CHOICES (flat or globe) that the Earth can be.
The shape of the Earth could be concave, convex, look like a parabola, rectangular, look like a cylinder, an ice cream cone, etc.
Since there aren't just 2 choices for the shape of the Earth, to prove it's flat you need to provide evidence that shows a flat Earth.

Here is the $10,000 challenge...
Since you know the Earth is flat, this should be a cakewalk for you. I'll give you $10,000 for the following....
1) a picture of the flat Earth edge or
2) a picture taken from 300,000 feet above the Earth surface that clearly shows the Earth is round or
3) a picture from space of the underside of the flat Earth.

Terms to qualify:
Before your photos are accepted and considered admissible for this $10,000 challenge, you must provide some pieces of evidence...

1) Prove the photo is a pristine untouched / unmodified original.
To do that contract with Stutchman Forensic Laboratory, and pay them to have the photo forensic analysis done on your picture.
Then submit the Stutchman report to me for verification and $10,000 challenge entry.

2) Authenticate where the photo was taken
Provide clear evidence of where (exact location) and when (date & time) the photos were taken.

Credit card receipts for airline and travel tour tickets to that location are admissible.

GPS coordinates are ok if the photos were taken on the Earth.
If the photo was not taken on the Earth, then provide your rocket launch date & location, and current rocket orbital parameters.

3) If the photo is the flat Earth edge, you must also be in the photo (a selfie).

4) Indicate which one of these three categories of photos you will provide.
a) a picture of the flat Earth edge or
b) a picture taken from 300,000 feet above the Earth surface that clearly shows the Earth is round or
c) a picture from space of the underside of the flat Earth.
