As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim.  Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat.  That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

Right Side Up says...
"Recent infrared footage is being hailed by the flat Earth community as the proof that can't be denied.  But it is the misinterpretation of what we see that can lead others to believe in non-truth.  These channels rely on your ignorance among other things in order to get and keep you hooked.  They are either unable to comprehend reality or they are deliberately trying to mislead people."

Fact check = YOU FAIL.  Your infrared photo does not show Mt Shasta as you claim.

But from the height of 28,400 feet where the camera is Mt Shasta is not tall enough to be seen, hidden on the other side of the curve by 19 miles of drop.

What JTolan Media 1 claimed to be Mt Shasta, is most likely this mountain range - Camel Peak / Cave Mountain
Google Earth says this is 204 miles from the flight path.  At the altitude of 28,400 feet the horizon would be 206 miles from the observer.  That checks EXACTLY to the globe Earth model.

JTholans experiment was basically taking six separate stations, about a mile apart, and pointing his telescope/inclinometer contraption across to Quartzite Mountain about 54-miles away.   

His angles weren’t actually absolute angles.   He had no way of properly leveling his device. 

However, if you actually have an instrument that can measure absolute angles, such as a theodolite, you can do this experiment properly.

JTolan Media1 tries to explain away his globe proving measurements by proposing a refraction model that is physically impossible to achieve. He fudges the numbers again to try to mask the fact that the globe is confirmed by his measurements once again. I do the numbers properly, including running a refraction simulation to show his measurements are truly inconsistent with a flat Earth, and are entirely consistent with the Globe and typical refraction.
