1) The Hubble Space Telescope does not turn its cameras toward the Earth because...
... the surface of the Earth is whizzing by as Hubble orbits, and the pointing system, designed to track the distant stars, cannot track an object on the Earth.
The shortest exposure time on any of the Hubble instruments is 0.1 seconds, and in this time Hubble moves about 700 meters, or almost half a mile.
So a picture Hubble took of Earth would be all streaks.
2) You have a double standard. The International Space Station (ISS) takes thousands of pictures and video from orbit showing our globe Earth. Why don't these count as evidence?
Educate yourself. Look at the Earth from a better vantage point, 1-millions miles out...

It's important to point out that no POSITIVE PROOF has ever been presented as evidence that the Earth is flat. Only negative irrational and unscientific theories have been exhibited.
All attempts to prove the Earth is flat are based upon efforts to cast doubt on the validity of scientific data that clearly demonstrates that the Earth is a globe - rather than showing proof of flatness.
POSITIVE PROOF:
A real photograph taken from an elevation of 500 miles or more above the surface of the Earth, that clearly shows the Earth is flat.
A real photograph taken of the flat Earth edge.
