As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim. Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat. That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

Dear Dorje Daka,

Fact check = You FAIL
Your superimposed grid on the airplane window (outside view of clouds) does not accurately portray what a camera lens and airplane plastic window does to an image.

Because of camera barrel distortion at the edges (see picture 1 below) you must put the horizon in the "exact middle" of the frame, to measure a straight line.

If the horizon is not in the frame center, lines are distorted up or down, because of the lens barrel distortion.

Fact check = You FAIL
At 35,000 feet elevation above sea level, where most airplanes cruise, curvature of our globe Earth IS VISIBLE. But since it's only 3.3 degrees, it's way too small for the human naked eye to discern.

Fact:

At a height of 35,000 feet above the Earth's surface you can see a curvature of 3.3 degrees.

At a height of 100,000 feet above the Earth's surface you can see a curvature of 5.6 degrees

At a height of 200,000 feet above the Earth's surface you can see a curvature of 7.9 degrees

At a height of 300,000 feet above the Earth's surface you can see a curvature of 9.7 degrees

So take a few pictures at 300,000 feet and show us what you get.

This is just simple 8th grade geometry. Did you never take Geometry?

Get a life and learn some mathematic and science, so that next time you don't show the world how stupid you really are.
