As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim.  Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat.  That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

Dear Mike Helmick,

Your video offers speculation, conjecture and wishful thinking.  Everything except real evidence to back up your claims.

Evidence is defined as = the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid.  You provided none.

Fact check = You FAIL
Yours is a case of religious delusion.  The personal psychological reality that you have constructed for yourself (in your mind, and what you identify your ego with) is out of tune with what actually is - how the universe truly functions.

You are on the wrong side of history.

Your view is similar to that of the 17th century clergy, who Galileo invited to look thru his telescope to see for themselves the four moons of Jupiter, as they orbited around that planet.  Proof that gravity and orbital rotation is the natural norm of the universe.

The launch of India's INSAT-1B satellite during the Challenger space shuttle STS-8 mission (that you mock in the video) is only a single launch in India's long space program.  

INSAT - Indian National Satellite System, current has these satellite in operation orbiting the Earth: INSAT-2E, INSAT-3A, INSAT-3C, INSAT-3D, INSAT-3D, KALPANA-1, GSAT-2, Edusat, INSAT-4A, INSAT-4B, INSAT-4CR, GSAT-8, INSAT-4G, GSAT-10, GSAT-12, GSAT-16 and INSAT-3DR. 

Question to you - The Indian government has launched many of satellites over the past 20-years.  Are you claiming that never happened, and their government is lying to its citizenry?

Experiments performed on the STS-8 mission have increased our knowledge of biology...

Results of three previous Shuttle flights have shown the device has the ability to separate more than 700 times more material in the weightlessness of space than is possible on earth. NASA furnishes flight time for experimental and pre-commercial prototype operations as part of its joint endeavor policy, designed to encourage private investment in space industrialization. 

The samples for McDonnell Douglas, under the terms of a new agreement with Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, are pancreas cells to be used in research for purification techniques that could lead to new treatments for diabetes. NASA's Johnson Space Center is sending two samples of kidney cells; and two pituitary cell samples will be used by Pennsylvania State University.

Because of the difficulties in maintaining the viability of live cells, one of the goals of STS-8 is to demonstrate handling techniques for keeping these cells alive before and after separation. The experiment hardware, situated in the orbiter's middeck, remains the same as in previous flights, except for the addition of a tray on which samples are carried aloft on the surface of micro-carrier beads in a fluid compatible with the live cells. Mission specialists will transfer the cells to syringes before insertion into the separation chamber.

Your following response to video comments clearly indicates that you motive for trashing NASA and science is stricly based upon your religious conviction...

"Jonah, you were created like me. Your not understanding that you believe what you do by faith. It's not about logic or real science.

You choose what you want to believe, then you see what you want to believe, not the other way around.

 Yes, I have a desktop full of NASA lying. We can't get up into space. You may think that is silly, but Go ahead and prove otherwise. You have to just believe what they say by faith.

 I am told There is a reflector on the Moon. Where is that video? People tell me that as if it's just a fact, yet you can't show me. There is no video of a laser going and hitting a reflector on the moon. We have Adam of Mythbusters show us a computer screen and saying wow, that is amazing, is that the laser hitting the reflector? A big budget like Mythbusters and it's a computer screen.

 I can go on.

 You say now wait, our science has shown this and that. Your science came up with math theories when Eisenstein could not prove the Earth was moving. The governments choose a Narrative. The earth is not moving Jonah. Mass does not pull mass, and there is no vacuum in space.

 it's all about Faith in who you choose to trust. Logic has nothing to do with it.
