According to current scientific thinking, there is no relationship between earthquakes and the Sun's cycles.
Do you even know what the Sun's cycles refers to? I'm sure you don't.

The center of the Earth is not a plasma as you claim...
What is your definition of a plasma?
If you mean a fluid core that conducts electricity it most definitely is. If you mean compressed gas with a similar composition to a star it most definitely is not for several reasons.
The Earth formed thru a process called accretion.
That tends to produce differentiation in which the heavier elements like iron and silicon tend to sink to the center. The large amount of heat generated by the accretion process will also tend to melt the protoplanet to help this differentiation process. It is simply not logical that a core of highly compressed gas could form.
The overall mass and density of the earth is well known, and is totally consistent with current structural knowledge.
Seismic wave propagations show a liquid core and possibly a solid inner core and this is consistent with the properties of materials measured in laboratories.
