The simple answer to the question posed by this articles title, is NO. No national space agency is controlled or influenced by Free Masons, or any other secret society. And to the best ability of each, all materials (photos, video, articles, scientific research, etc.) are authentic.
Each country funds their own space enterprise.
When questions arise concerning the trustworthiness of photos or video materials, don't accept anyone's "blanket statement," but rather subject them individually to serious photo-forensic analysis. Not Photoshop.

The Illuminati (plural of Latin illuminatus, "enlightened") is a name given to several groups, both real and fictitious. Historically, the name usually refers to the Bavarian Illuminati, an Enlightenment-era secret society founded on 1 May 1776. In spite of efforts by their superiors to curb loose talk, politically dangerous boasts of power and criticism of monarchy caused the "secret" order's existence to become common knowledge, along with the names of many important members. The presence of Illuminati in positions of power now led to some public disquiet. There were Illuminati in many civic and state governing bodies. In spite of their small number, there were claims that success in a legal dispute depended on the litigant's standing with the order. The Illuminati were blamed for several anti-religious publications then appearing in Bavaria. Much of this criticism sprang from vindictiveness and jealousy, but it is clear that many Illuminati court officials gave preferential treatment to their brethren. In Bavaria, the energy of their two members of the Ecclesiastical Council had one of them elected treasurer. Their opposition to Jesuits resulted in the banned order losing key academic and church positions. In Ingolstat, the Jesuit heads of department were replaced by Illuminati.
Alarmed, Karl Theodor and his government banned all secret societies including the Illuminati. A government edict dated 2 March 1785 "seems to have been deathblow to the Illuminati in Bavaria". Weishaupt had fled and documents and internal correspondence, seized in 1786 and 1787, were subsequently published by the government in 1787. Von Zwack's home was searched and much of the group's literature was disclosed.
Contrary to popular conception, the US Federal Reserve, although still held by private shareholders, now by law transfers +95% of their yearly earning the US Treasury.

The denomination with the longest history of objection to Freemasonry is the Catholic Church. The objections raised by the Catholic Church are based on the allegation that Masonry teaches a naturalistic deistic religion which is in conflict with Church doctrine.

There is no evidence that Free Masons have any influence over NASA or any other international space agency. That conspiracy serves the Catholic Church, who have been at odds with selective subsets of science ever since Galileo tried to show the clergy, "just look thru this telescope and see for yourself the four moons of Jupiter, revolving around that parent planet."
Saying that "NASA is controlled by Free Masons" is the same as saying "NASA is a Christian organization, since the vast majority of astronauts that have gone into space are of a Christian denomination."
On Christmas Eve, 1968 astronauts Bill Anders, Jim Lovell, and Frank Borman read from the Book of Genesis as Apollo 8 orbited the Moon.
Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin, a Presbyterian, performed a communion service for himself using a kit provided by his church. Aldrin had told flight director Chris Kraft of his plans and intended to broadcast the service back to Earth but opted not to at the request of Deke Slayton, due to the continuing controversy over Apollo 8's reading.
A microfilm Bible that had been to the surface of the Moon was auctioned off in 2011. It was a King James Version created after three astronauts lost their lives in the Apollo 1 fire. Edward White, one of the astronauts who perished, had wanted to take a Bible to the Moon.
Russian Orthodox Christmas was celebrated on the International Space Station, on January 7, 2011. Cosmonauts had the day off, but one of the other crew tweeted, "Merry Christmas to all Russia." The whole crew also celebrated on December 25, two weeks prior.
An example of Judaism in space occurred in 2003, when a microfilm Torah and a written copy of the Shabbat kiddush were brought into orbit by Ilan Ramon.
Conclusion = There are no secret societies governing any of the international space agencies. They all produce media that is pristine and as accurate/true as possible.
