Fact check = You FAIL.
If the rocket hit the dome at 73-miles elevation as claimed in the video, is should have exploded, or at least stopped recording video, due to its destruction. But that did not happen. The rocked just stopped its upward propulsion - ran out of fuel or purposely shut down at that height - that's all.
Why does everyone give a different answer as to why/how the rocket stopped? Answer = because they are all guesses.

"Thanks, that video originally would make me laugh, when flat earther's used it as "proof", because really if you have ever been to a rocket event or built one yourself you would understand what is going on. it is really simple to get yourself to that height and above it in conventional ways. Back to the rocket though, the plunking noise and it seeming to stop ascending and spinning, on most rockets that is the nose cone popping off from a small explosion inside the rocket which is engineered to do so when it gets to its max height, to deploy the parachutes. The explosion coming from the top of the rocket helps stop the rocket from going up and begins its descent. Those really high flying ones and the one in the video use something called a yo-yo de-spin mechanism, that is another reason for the plunking noise, when it gets to max height it deploys a system of weights at the end of strings due to the spinning they throw themselves out quickly and the action is much like a ballet dancer, if you're spinning and throw your arms out your spinning slows down drastically, these yo-yo de-spin weights act as the rocket throwing its arms out in order to stop the spinning, they do this to be able to get accurate data at max height. Just watch a video on how hobby rockets jettison the chutes and use yoyo de-spin mechanisms to stop their spinning..."
