As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim.  Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat.  That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

Your calculations and provided "proof" is mathematically WRONG.

I will now explain how to calculate the visual size of the Moon in the sky correctly...

Your statement, "In this video I will prove that with the Moons diameter being 2,159 miles mathematically, perspectively and using Google Earth that the Moon vanishes from sight beyond 48,000 miles. This making it impossible for the Moon to be seen 221,000 and 251,000 miles from the Earth. Period.

Definition:
In graphical perspective, a vanishing point is a point in the picture plane that is the intersection of the projections (or drawings) of a set of parallel lines in space on to the picture plane. When the set of parallels is perpendicular to the picture plane, the construction is known as one-point perspective and their vanishing point corresponds to the oculus or eye point from which the image should be viewed for correct perspective geometry.

There is no mathematical formula for calculating a vanishing point, since that is a phenomenon of pictures and graphics (how to represent three dimensions on a two dimensional medium - photograph).

The correct way is to calculate how large (apparent size) the Moon would appear in the sky, at various distances from the Earth.

That is what I will now do below...

The apparent angular diameter (how large it looks in the sky) of the Moon is...
= 0.518 degrees (31.1 arc minutes)

At time mark 1:26 you display an image and number which you claim to be calculations.

My calculated angular diameter of the Moon at distance 5,578.41 miles = 21.9 degrees.

That is 44 TIMES BIGGER than how the Moon really looks in the sky

My calculated angular diameter of the Moon at distance 39,631.91 miles = 3.120491 degrees.

That is 6 TIMES BIGGER than how the Moon really looks in the sky

Here is some additional mathematics that you should learn before exposing your ignorance to the world once again...

Resolution of human eye
Angular resolution which is also called as spatial resolution, describes the ability of any device that form as image such as the eye and telescopes, to distinguish small details of an object. The eye which is an organ acts as an instrument in the human optical system.

The resolution of the eye is the smallest object the eye can see. This is limited by the diffraction limit, which is approximated by the formula,

θ≈1.22 times λ / D

, where θ is the angular size of the object
, λ is the wavelength of visible light
and D is the diameter of the pupil.

is about 1 arc minute, approximately 0.02° or 0.0003 radians
