Eric Dubay supports the AE (Azimuthal Equidistant) flat Earth model, where the Sun circles around the North Pole. He says that northern hemisphere Summer is caused by the Sun circling the flat Earth (orange circle) closest to the North Pole, while northern hemisphere winter is caused by the Sun circling the flat Earth (yellow circle) south of the equator. All while the Sun stays 3,000-miles above the surface.
a) If that be so, then the apparent size of the Sun in the sky (about 32 arc-minutes) should change radically during the year (because it gets closer and farther way from every location, i.e. say from New York City). But it doesn't.
Instead, the Sun looks about the same size all year long...
The apparent angular size of the Sun does not change as it crosses the sky every day, or from month to month.
But that is not possible on a flat Earth - because we all know that as objects move further away from us, they look smaller and smaller. That's what should happen on a flat Earth with a Sun in close proximity (3,000 miles up as their model claims) as it sets every day.
So this following photo alone disproves flat Earth.
The following real time calculator by Mike West shows what the apparent size of the Sun would be IF the Earth were really flat and the Sun only 3,000 miles away. But the Earth is really a beautiful blue globe orbiting the Sun about 93-million miles away...

..but according to Eric's AE map, the size of the Sun should change like this..
b) Eric Dubay offers no explanation about what PHYSICAL FORCE is responsible (and why/how does it function that way) for causing the Sun to travel in larger, and then smaller circles around the North Pole.
c) Also, since the Sun must travel all circular paths in the same amount of time (1-day) that means it must physically move FASTER IN THE SKY while traveling below the equator than when above the equator. Eric Dubay offers no explanation about what propels the Sun to change speed (accelerates / decelerates) during the year.

He’s just passing through, making a short stop to take some photos, and then he’ll be one his way out. (BBC) - Capt Lou Rudd is first Briton to cross Antarctic unaided
A British Army officer has become the first Briton in history to trek unaided across Antarctica. Capt Lou Rudd, 49, finished the solo 921-mile (1,482km) journey on Friday after 56 days.
He is the second person ever to make the journey, after American Colin O'Brady completed the trek two days earlier on 26 December.

Eric Dubay (Eric Michaels) and hundreds of other flat Earth proponents constantly claim that the continent of Antarctica is impenetrable, and that the UN Antarctic Treaty of 1961 forbids anyone from going there.
But that has always been false:
The treaty provides that Antarctica shall be used for peaceful purposes only. It specifically prohibits "any measures of a military nature, such as the establishment of military bases and fortifications, the carrying out of military maneuvers, as well as the testing of any type of weapons."
Even so, flat Earthers kept up the drum beat (we can't go there) while adding layers of fictional rubbish for years.
But now Colin O'Brady & Capt Lou Rudd completed the trek to the South Pole and Leverett Glacier on the Ross Ice Shelf. They have traversed and crossed the very ice shelf that flat Earth delusionists claim is not possible.
So one again it has been shown that flat Earth conspiracy folks have it all wrong.

Eric Dubay's claim to be "a former University professor" cannot be corroborated. He has a BA in Philosophy and English, but no academic Ph.D. So by western standards he is not a professor.
What does "a teacher" at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok mean? Do they call everyone there "a professor?" Maybe he got that job only via Pechara's family connections in the government?

Its important to point out that no POSITIVE PROOF has ever been presented as evidence that the Earth is flat. Only negative irrational and unscientific theories have been exhibited.
All attempts to prove the Earth is flat are based upon efforts to cast doubt on the validity of scientific data that clearly demonstrates that the Earth is a globe - rather than showing proof of flatness.
POSITIVE PROOF:
A real photograph taken from an elevation of 500 miles or more above the surface of the Earth, that clearly shows the Earth is flat.
A real photograph taken of the flat Earth edge.
